Follo Release Notes – November 9, 2025

It’s our biggest release of 2025 (So Far)!  We’ve revamped our system logic to be resource based based on user feedback!  Highlights below:

1. 1. We made equipment and gates specific to different location(s)
      Project Admins will need to go to Project Settings -> Location Settings to assign gates and equipment to different locations.  

1. 1. Set your project working hours!
      Admins can now control working hours in the Project Settings!

1. 1. Double bookings are now controlled by resource availability!
      Project Admins should go to Project Settings and set their overlapping preferences based on equipment and gates.  

1. 1. Improved User Experience
      The platform is faster, and easier to book for everybody on the project!  Watch the video for more info.
